Polkan Makine's two main product families operate on different production logics. The ALP multi-belt series delivers high control and homogeneity, while the PAXAR single-belt series offers simplicity and line-integration ease.

Multi-Belt Roasting: ALP Series

The ALP series (101, 200, 300, 600, 605) moves product through multiple belt layers, allowing different heat and speed settings at each layer. This gives:

• More homogeneous colour distribution
• Longer roasting path = better recipe control
• Higher capacity in less floor space (vertical stacking logic)

Ideal for: Products with high colour standards like hazelnuts, cashews, almonds; export-oriented facilities with strict quality criteria.

Single-Belt Roasting: PAXAR Series

The PAXAR series (200, 300, 500, 1000) moves product on a single belt. This provides:

• Mechanically simpler design
• Easier cleaning and product changeover
• Compact line integration

Ideal for: Facilities working with multiple product types; food lines requiring high cleaning frequency.

Which Series Is Right for You?

If product quality and colour consistency are the primary priority and the same product will be roasted for long runs, the ALP series is recommended. If frequent changeover between different products is needed and line flexibility matters, the PAXAR series is preferred.
