Machine Models & Capacity
Polkan Makine produces multi-belt ovens (ALP 200, ALP 300, ALP 600, ALP 605), single-belt ovens in the PAXAR series (PAXAR 200, PAXAR 300, PAXAR 500, PAXAR 1000) and the ALP 101 retail-type oven. View all models on the Machines page.
Model selection depends on daily production target, shift duration and product variety. Reference ranges: ALP 200 (60–110 kg/h), ALP 300 (100–190 kg/h), ALP 600 (275–700 kg/h), ALP 605 (500–1,000 kg/h). Contact us for a project-specific evaluation.
Multi-belt ovens move the product across several belts for a longer roasting path, giving uniform colour and high throughput. Single-belt PAXAR series ovens offer a smaller footprint, easier cleaning and faster product changeovers.
Polkan Makine ovens are suitable for peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, chickpeas, corn kernels, corn chips and many other nut and snack products. Optimal belt speed and temperature are set during the project phase.
Technical Specifications & Quality
All food-contact surfaces are made from AISI 304 stainless steel — the globally recognised standard for corrosion resistance, hygiene and durability in food processing equipment.
Our machines run on natural gas or LPG. A hot-air circulation system distributes heat evenly across the entire product surface for consistent roasting. Alternative energy configurations can be assessed during project consultation.
Energy consumption varies by model, capacity and product type. Estimated energy data are shared during the quotation process, based on your specific capacity, shift schedule and product characteristics.
Our machines are designed in line with European safety standards. CE certification and technical documentation for export projects can be arranged — contact us for details.
